The vineyards of the agricultural company, covering approximately 4 hectares, are located between 550/600 meters above sea level on gentle hills that characterize the unique and enchanting landscape of this area in Alta Irpinia. The "Candriano Vineyard" of Aglianico grapes, an important native red grape variety from Campania, is located precisely in the Candriano locality, a subzone within the territory of the "DOC Irpinia", which is young in terms of viticulture but has an excellent predisposition for the production of high-quality grapes. Due to the altitude, the cultivation soil (sandy, clayey), and the climate - with temperature variations of up to 25°C - the full strength of Aglianico emerges here. The "Hundred-Year Vineyard" was acquired in 2020 and named for the longevity of the Salerno ancestor to whom the land belonged; half of it was already cultivated with Aglianico, while the other half has been planted with a vineyard of Falanghina, another historic Campanian white grape variety, for the production of wines with the controlled designation of origin "Irpinia", an expression of the vine's origin and this particular area of the territory.
