Candriano® is the name of an agricultural company owned by a young family of producers, located in Torella dei Lombardi, in the Alta Irpinia area of the Avellino province, in Southern Italy. With just over 4 hectares of owned land and a heritage of knowledge passed down from father to son, Antonello Salerno works the land with a commitment to preserving ancient crops (cereals, olive trees, and vines) as much as possible, avoiding the use of chemicals and respecting the environment. The result of such passion and hard work is a rich offering of both sweet and savory leavened products, as well as the production of high-quality grapes, as this is a relatively young area in terms of viticulture, but with excellent predisposition. A subzone of particular expression of Aglianico, traditionally vinified (manual harvesting, low production, grape selection, etc.), following honest and consistent winemaking practices, and partly technologically challenging. About 10,000 bottles of DOC Irpinia Campi Taurasini and Protected Designation of Origin Irpinia Rosé wine are produced. Furthermore, it has recently been possible to expand the viticultural zoning of another native Campanian vine: Falanghina, producing a DOC Irpinia and an extra dry Sparkling wine. The company's visual identity could not help but reflect the nature, history, culture of this place, and the agricultural tradition proudly supported by the owner.
